Prices 

• Early career scientist fee - 150 Euro
• Early bird fee ( before 31. January 2022) – 250 Euro - Note that participants with accepted abstracts need to pay by 29 November to secure theirs spot.
• Regular fee – 350 Euro

The fee includes the Icebreaker on 25 April, lunches on all conference days 26-28 April at the venue, refreshments during breaks and the poster session.

How to apply

• Apply for the conference using the link below. You may make changes to your registration up to the deadline 27 September 2021. Please do so by sending an email to the local organizing committee with your changes. We will apply the requested changes for you.
• A final confirmation of your participation will be mailed to you by 1 November. You will then have until 29 November to confirm your participation through payment of the registration fees.
• If you want to participate without an abstract, use the same application form in the link below. 
  The deadline for registration WITHOUT an abstract is 8 April 2022.
